Obituary:
Norman Hostetler, age 80, of St. Charles, IL formerly of Elkhart, IN, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 21, 2010 at his residence in St. Charles. He was born April 7, 1929 in Elkhart, IN the son of Leroy and Louella (nee Eash) Hostetler. He was united in marriage to Marilyn White on April 9, 1950 in Elkhart, IN.

Norman was employed by Meier Clinic in Wheaton for over twenty years, where he used the Bible as the foundation in his role as a life coach and counselor.

He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who will be remembered for his love of the Lord and his passion for learning and teaching.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Marilyn; his four children, Rose (Del) Linderman of West Dundee, Loren (Rene) Hostetler of Goshen, IN, Janice (Larry) Wightman of Eden, NY, and Bruce Hostetler of Villa Park; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a sister Carol Yeomans and two brothers, David and Jack Hostetler.

In addition to his parents, Norman is preceded in death by his two brothers, Robert and Louis Hostetler.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 25 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 P.M. at Willow Creek Community Church, 67 East Algonquin Rd., in South Barrington, where funeral services will begin at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Frank Ley will officiate. Interment will be private.
