Marshall 75, a long-time resident of St. Charles died Sunday, January 10, 2010 at Halina’s Home Care in St. Charles. She was born April 5, 1934 in Marion, South Dakota the daughter of Don and Rosella Reese. She worked for several years as a paralegal with Prairie State Legal Service. Dorothy was a co-founder of Marshall’s Towing and Marshall’s Geneva Rental. She was an avid Cubs fan and each Sunday she enjoyed watching the Nascar races. Dorothy is survived by her son, Lonnie (Laurie) Marshall of St. Charles, her daughter, Lynn Marshall of Springfield; two grandsons, Corey and Cale Marshall and her former daughter-in-law, Terry Needham of St. Charles. Visitation will be held from 5-8 P.M. on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at the Norris Funeral Home, 100 S. Third Street (3 blocks west of the Fox River and 1 block south of Rt. 64) St. Charles. A gathering will be Thursday at 11:00 A.M. and will process to North Cemetery in St. Charles for the burial service.
